We offer flexible payment options to make the ordering process simple and convenient.

Payment Options

Full Payment
Pay 100% of the order total upfront and receive a 10% discount on the total purchase price.

50/50 Payment Plan
Split your payment into two parts:

  • 50% deposit at the time of placing the order
  • 50% balance before delivery

Production begins after the required deposit is received.

In-House Installment Plan
Clients may choose an installment plan directly through our company.

Terms:

  • Minimum deposit: 20%
  • Interest: 0%
  • Installment term: up to 12 months

Extended installment option:
A 12- to 24-month term may be available upon approval.

Important:
Orders placed through our in-house installment plan must be paid in full before delivery. We coordinate the installation process separately after final payment.

Pre Purchasing Your Own Headstone
For pre-need purchases, we offer up to 36 months of 0% interest financing. Terms are subject to approval.

Klarna Financing
Clients may also choose financing through Klarna.

Please note:

  • Interest rates and payment terms are determined by Klarna
  • Approval depends on the client’s credit profile
  • The financing agreement is between the client and Klarna

Because Klarna pays our company in full, the monument may be delivered once it is ready, even if the client is still making payments to Klarna.

Important:
Cash payments cannot be accepted remotely. Checks must be made payable to our company and must match the payment amount exactly.

Available Discounts

Full Payment Discount
Pay 100% upfront and receive a 10% discount.

Veteran Discount
We offer a 20% discount for veterans. Verification is required.

First Responder Discount
We offer a 15% discount for all first responders. Verification is required.

Volume Discount
Discounts of up to 25% may be available for funeral homes, industry professionals, or multi-headstone orders.

Please note:
Discounts cannot be combined.

Competitor Price Match

We may match competitor pricing in certain cases when a valid written quote or invoice is provided.

Required information:

  • Company name
  • Product specifications
  • Material or stone type
  • Size and design details
  • Total price

Without a written quote or invoice, price match requests cannot be reviewed.

If the competitor’s quote is verified, we may offer the same design and specifications at a matching or competitive price. Final pricing may vary by approximately 10% depending on production cost and internal approval.

Delivery Timeframes

The time it takes to receive your headstone depends on availability, customization, and the selected payment method.

In-Stock Headstones (Standard Sizes & Colors)
If the selected headstone is already in stock, the full process, including order preparation and delivery, typically takes up to 3 months.

Custom Headstones (Custom Size, Color, or Design)
For custom headstones, the full process, including design approval, production, and delivery, typically takes 3 to 6 months.

Production begins after the required deposit is received and all design details and necessary approvals are finalized.

Expedited Service
Need it sooner? Expedited service may be available for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability and receive a personalized quote.

Stone and delivery are included in the price unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Installation is not included in the product price. However, we coordinate the full installation process and can help arrange trusted local installation services.

We deliver nationwide across the U.S. and will keep you updated throughout your order process.

Shipping Protection

We take great care in packaging and handling our headstones. If any damage occurs during shipping, your order is fully protected. We will repair or replace the headstone at no additional cost to you. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

  • Klarna-financed orders may be delivered once ready, even if the client is still making payments to Klarna
  • The payment method should always be confirmed before invoicing
