  • Step 1. Choose a Memorial

    Explore our curated collection and select the headstone that best honors your loved one’s memory.

  • Step 2. Personalize the Design

    You can customize your memorial directly on our website or request a consultation with our design team. We will help you create a personalized concept based on your preferences and your loved one’s story. No payment is required at this stage.

  • Step 3. Cemetery Requirements & Preparation

    We prepare your memorial design based on standard cemetery requirements. If your cemetery has specific rules for size, shape, thickness, material, or inscriptions, our team will help verify those details and guide you through the approval process.

  • Step 4. Review & Approve the Design

    You will receive a detailed design preview for review. We refine the layout based on your feedback and provide revisions until the final design is approved.

  • Step 5. Choose a Payment Option

    Once the design is approved, you can select the payment option that works best for your family. We offer full payment, a 50/50 payment plan, in-house installment options, Klarna financing, and extended 0% financing for eligible pre-need purchases.

  • Step 6. Production & Delivery

    After final design approval and payment arrangements are completed, we begin production. Delivery timelines depend on availability and customization. In-stock headstones typically take up to 3 months, while custom headstones usually take 3 to 6 months.

  • Step 7. Installation Coordination

    Installation is not included in the product price. However, we coordinate the full installation process and can help arrange trusted local installation services when needed.
