    Choosing a headstone is a meaningful and personal decision. Our role is to make this process clear, transparent, and supportive — from the first idea to final delivery.

  • Step 1. Choose a Memorial

    Browse our curated collection and select the headstone that best reflects your loved one’s memory.

  • Step 2. Design & Personalization

    You can either:

    • Customize the memorial directly on our website, or
    • Submit a Request a consultation, and our designers will create a personalized concept for you.

    No payment is required at this stage.

  • Step 3. Cemetery Requirements & Design Preparation

    We prepare your memorial design based on standard cemetery regulations and common requirements.
    If your cemetery has specific rules, we help adapt the design accordingly and guide you through what is needed for approval.

  • Step 4. Design Review & Approval

    You receive a detailed design preview for review.
    Our team refines the layout based on your feedback until the final design fully meets your expectations.

  • Step 5. Payment Options

    You may choose the payment option that works best for your family:

    • Full payment — once payment is completed, your memorial is scheduled for production and delivery.
    • Pay over time through Klarna — if not approved, we offer 0% in-house financing.
  • Step 6. Production & Delivery

    After final design approval and payment arrangements are completed, we begin production. Delivery across the United States may take up to 6 months.

  • Step 7. Installation (Optional)

    If the cemetery does not offer installation, we can provide professional installation services for you.
