However, please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by: Vandalism, Theft, or Intentional External Actions We recommend checking with the cemetery for security measures. Improper Handling or Installation by Third Parties Ensure installation is carried out by professionals. Accidental Breakage After Installation Any damage occurring due to external forces post-installation is not covered.

If we already have the stone available, the entire process—including production and installation—will take up to 3 months.

Custom Headstones (Size, Color, or Design):

For personalized designs, the full production, shipping, and installation process takes 3 to 6 months.

Expedited Service:

If you require a faster turnaround, we offer an expedited service that guarantees installation within 3 months for an additional 20% fee.

Shipping Protection & Damage Policy

We take great care in packaging and handling our headstones. However, if any damage occurs during shipping, we offer a full warranty and will replace the headstone at no cost to you. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
