Improper Handling or Installation by Third Parties Ensure installation is carried out by professionals. Accidental Breakage After Installation Any damage occurring due to external forces post-installation is not covered.

If we already have the stone available, the entire process—including production and installation—will take up to 3 months.

Custom Headstones (Size, Color, or Design):

For personalized designs, the full production, shipping, and installation process takes 3 to 6 months.

Expedited Service:

If you require a faster turnaround, we offer an expedited service that guarantees installation within 3 months for an additional 20% fee.

Shipping Protection & Damage Policy

We take great care in packaging and handling our headstones. However, if any damage occurs during shipping, we offer a full warranty and will replace the headstone at no cost to you. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
