Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any additional details you provide about your memorial needs. If you choose to join our Customer Care or Marketing SMS/MMS program, we also record your choice for each program, with the date and the consent wording you agreed to. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes and design previews, coordinate with cemeteries on your behalf, and process orders. If you separately opt in to an SMS/MMS program, we use your mobile number and consent choice to send messages for that program and to manage your messaging preferences. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS/MMS Communications and Consent
Memory Headstones, an H Memorial Group brand, offers two separate, optional SMS/MMS programs: Customer Care and Marketing. Customer Care covers non-marketing messages about your inquiry, including customer support, appointment coordination, and updates related to your request. Marketing covers promotional messages about our memorial products, services, and special offers, including messages sent using automated technology.
We record your consent for each program separately. Providing a phone number without checking a program’s SMS consent box does not enroll you in that program. Customer Care consent does not authorize marketing messages, and Marketing consent does not enroll you in Customer Care. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information solely on our behalf to deliver and manage the programs you select, and may not use it for their own marketing.
You can withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or see our SMS Terms. We keep consent and opt-out records as needed to manage your messaging preferences and meet recordkeeping obligations.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
