Bone Shape Dog Flat Granite Memorial

The Bone Shape Dog Flat Granite Memorial is a bone-shaped granite pet grave marker made to honor a beloved dog. Measuring 14 × 8 × 4 inches, it is a compact flat marker that sits level with the ground, which makes it a practical choice for a backyard burial spot, a garden memorial, or a pet cemetery plot where a low-profile marker is preferred.

The polished top offers room for your dog's name, birth and passing dates, engraved paw prints, a short phrase such as "Forever in Our Hearts" or "Good Boy, Always," and even a portrait. The natural rock-edge sides give the stone a hand-finished look that stands apart from plain rectangular markers, while the bone silhouette makes the tribute instantly recognizable as a dog memorial.

Available in seven granite colors: Galaxy Black, Indian Black, Grey, Bahama Blue, Bahama Blue Light, Indian Red, and Paradiso Old. Galaxy Black and Indian Black are the best choices for laser-etched pet portraits because the dark polished surface shows fine detail such as fur texture and eyes with high contrast. Lighter stones such as Grey or Bahama Blue Light suit sandblasted lettering and paw-print artwork.

Every order includes a free design preview so you can approve your dog's name layout, dates, paw prints, and portrait placement before engraving begins. Sandblasted lettering is cut into the granite rather than printed on it, so the inscription stays legible outdoors through sun, rain, and frost.

Memory Headstones has crafted granite memorials across three generations since 1960, and our team can advise on placement for home burial or pet cemetery rules before your marker ships.
