Classic Granite Memorial Bench

The Classic Granite Memorial Bench is a timeless bench memorial designed to pay tribute to a loved one while providing a peaceful place to sit, reflect, and feel the presence of someone cherished. Granite memorial benches are among the most enduring memorial choices: unlike wood, composite, or metal benches that can degrade within years, solid granite weathers outdoor cemetery conditions for generations without warping, rusting, or fading.

This classic design features a gently rounded seat and backrest with clean architectural lines. Standard bench dimensions are approximately 42 inches wide × 14 inches deep × 18 inches seat height; total granite weight is typically 350–500 lbs. Placement options include the head of a burial plot (functioning as a bench headstone), a family estate plot (serving as the primary monument for a family section), or a designated memorial garden. Installation requires a concrete foundation pad and cemetery approval — our team coordinates all permitting, foundation specifications, and installation directly with the cemetery.

The polished surfaces provide space for names, dates, portraits, and meaningful inscriptions. Popular choices include 'A Place to Sit and Remember,' 'Rest Here and Feel My Love,' 'This Bench Is My Gift to You — a Place to Find Peace,' and 'In Loving Memory, Always Near.' Laser-etched portraits are available on Galaxy Black and India Black granite. Available in all seven granite colors — Galaxy Black, India Black, Grey, Imperial Red, Bahama Blue, Indian Red, and Royal Green. A digital design proof is provided before production begins. Nationwide delivery and professional installation available.
