Floral Border Half Ledger Granite Memorial

The Floral Border Half Ledger Granite Memorial is a graceful half-ledger marker designed to cover the head portion of a grave while honoring a loved one with quiet dignity. Measuring approximately 24 × 24 to 36 × 36 inches and rising 4–6 inches above grade, the half-ledger format is permitted in most cemetery sections that restrict taller upright monuments, and its low horizontal profile blends naturally into lawn-style and garden-style cemetery landscapes.

The engraved floral border frames the polished top surface with botanical detail—roses, lilies, or leafy vines depending on your family's preference—creating a refined decorative edge around the central inscription area. The flat face accommodates names and dates in bold sans-serif or traditional Roman lettering, a brief verse, and a laser-portrait medallion if desired. Classic Bible verse choices for ledger memorials include Psalm 23:4, John 11:25, and 1 Thessalonians 4:14.

Available in seven granite colors: Galaxy Black, Indian Black, Grey, Bahama Blue, Bahama Blue Light, Indian Red, and Paradiso Old. Galaxy Black provides maximum contrast for white-fill letter engraving and laser portraits, while Grey gives a traditional churchyard look. Indian Red and Paradiso Old add a warm, distinctive palette that complements floral borders beautifully.

Every order includes a free digital design proof with revisions—your family reviews the full layout, border position, and lettering before any stone is cut.
